How we count a booked patient
A booked patient is someone who booked an appointment through the website, phone number or link we set up for you. Each booking shows which ad sent it. The count is in a dashboard you log into, not a PDF we email.
We don't count clicks, forms that never turn into a booking, or people who called and hung up. If a booked patient doesn't show up, it still counts as booked: getting them to book is our job, getting them to show is yours. Both numbers are on the dashboard.
