30 patients in 30 days. Or you don't pay until you have them.
Not a refund you have to fight for. If patient thirty isn't on your schedule 30 days after your ads go live, you stop paying and we keep working.
What counts
- A booked patient is someone who booked an appointment through the website, phone number or link we set up for you.
- The 30 days start the day your ads go live.
- You can check every booking yourself. Each one shows the ad that sent it.
What we need from you
- $5,000 a month on ads, paid to Google directly. Or $3,000 a month for a 60-day version.
- Someone answering your phone during business hours. Seven calls out of ten is enough.
- Your patient list and Google Business login in the first three days.

The ad money goes to Google and Meta straight from your account. It isn't our fee and we don't touch it.
What happens if we miss
Your monthly fee stops on day 31 (or 61). We keep working and the fee stays paused until patient thirty is booked. The setup fee isn't due until then either. There's no claim form and no deadline to tell us. We can see the count too.
What voids it
- Pausing the ads or cutting the ad money below what you committed during the 30 days.
- Your phone going unanswered more than three calls out of ten in business hours. We can see this on the line we set up.
- Sending your patient list or Google login after day 3. That moves the start date, not the promise.
